Yep so you want someone to fly from lets say TPA to PHX to get to DCA, LGA or BOS? lol. Terri Pope VP of Hub in Charlotte has come out and said if you cant make it to work its not an occurance and she will let them use sick time. So if CSA and Ramp are excused you are too as Base MTC, we have been down this road before. There is a state of emergency declared, we have history on this and past grievances.

Funny thing, that... Now people who called off Thursday due to weather will be given disciplinary points as the person in admin who said no points would be assessed (by order of Terri Pope) was not in a position to say such a thing. Don't worry they say: The points won't matter unless you are close to the line in going to another level or termination. Lovely.
