Seeing pics like that gives even more reason to keep phx a hub.  Phx has gotta have some of the fewest weather related airport delays in the country.  The east cost shivers while we bask in 80 degree weather over the weekend!

Yep so you want someone to fly from lets say TPA to PHX to get to DCA, LGA or BOS? lol.
 
Terri Pope VP of Hub in Charlotte has come out and said if you cant make it to work its not an occurance and she will let them use sick time.
 
So if CSA and Ramp are excused you are too as Base MTC, we have been down this road before.
 
There is a state of emergency declared, we have history on this and past grievances.

Didn't the Govenor of North Carolina tell everyone to stay off the roads to allow first responders to reach people in emergencies, rather then venture out on the roads and become an emergency yourself? It seems that any supervisor that orders someone to venture out on the roads before the Govenor changes his warning....

I'm not so sure CLT has this problem normally.  It might actually have less weather issues then PHX.  Hell, in PHX the airport is shut down if a drop of bird piss hits the tower window!
