Did you know that the company will NOT pay you retro pay at the new rate after Jan 2. (provided the POR is NOT signed) however APA will get the 181/hr rate you will still be at the 167 rate along with the company paying approx 145 million or so to cover the taxes on the APA's 100,000 plus bonus. Sure hoipe you enjoy that 8 grand. Who went along with this one and why were the pilots not told this back in Sept. when it happened. You have to love Hummel's "transparency"

Okay, let me ask you, on the stand alone list, how many active east pilots were below your seniority status in September 2005 vs. today? Is the difference about 1400 pilots/positions? Did you gain anything when previously inactivated pilots were activated junior to you?

I did read it and it was all predicated on Silver's softball premise that she tossed up, presuming her "order" (that she never published) can substitute as a DFR standard that was published and cited by the 9th. It is the exact reason any finding against USAPA will fail worse than Wake.

Yeah. A shot at a nap whenever one came back forward outta' the designated crew rest seat. Even "inactivated pilots" have value.

Your right, with Gary in there I agree, barely a 1 in 3 chance, hey you were stupind enough to vote for him. by the way it's was approx 290 left on the table not 400, but whose counting..
