Don't know how many of you know that there will be an "Information Secession"in PHL on Feb 13..... Someone I believe once asked what it consits of... Well, Let me tell you how MINE WENT !!!!

They will inform you of the Company and what being a Flight Attendant Entails...
Then (At least in Mine) they have you come up one by one and tell your name Touch the top of a Poster and Considering that you have been "INVITED TO A CUSUME PARTY" you need to say what you would come as and WHY.....

HINT..... Think of Someone STRONG !!!!!

I screwed up because of Lack of Sleep....So I want you all to be prepared !!!!!!

Then you spend close to an Hour Filing out an Application.... Make sure you have info for your Last 10 years !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My friend went to an ATA interview in Los Angeles last month and she had heard about the "costume party" scenario- it didn't happen. Instead they had 5 minutes to get to know a new best friend and then had to stand up in front of everyone and talk about their new friend. We think this is about your listening skills, but also how you speak and present yourself.
The rest is true. You will need a lot of time to fill out the application and they want every bit of employment/periods of unemployment info for the last 10 years.

They just recently did the same thing in PHL...From what I heard.

That was why I specified the way it was when I went...I spent the entire night before the interview trying to answer the question..."Why do you want to be a Flight Attendant For..... " only to find out they asked something different !

I recently went to an ACA interview that also had you "Get know those around you"... Guess they are trying to get Creative !!!
