ABSOLUTELY NO MORE CONCESSIONS! THE GANGSTERS OF CCY HAVE DONE MORE THAN SEVERE DAMAGE TO US. IT IS HIGH TIME THAT THEY GET OFF OF THEIR LAZY (YOU KNOW WHAT) AND TAKE A 100% PAYCUT THEMSELVES!

I am done giving!!!!! Dave was put in charge to manage this company and from what I see he has done nothing but run the company and the employee morale into the ground. We gave twice against my wishes and see what it has gotten us???? A request for more!!!! If we turn a profit will Dave open up the contract and give us a little extra....I doubt it!!!And Chip & Hawk please don't mention our profit sharing plan!!!If we absolutely cannot make it without more give backs then just do us a favor and shut the door and end the suffering!!!

What else can they take from me NOTHING.

SHUT THE DOORS is what I vote if we are forced into another gun to your head concession. Dave and team had their chance and failed miserably. Now Dave insists on spending time and money fighting to outsource our work at the same time making the employees bitter to the core because of these corrupt tactics of union busting on every front, with every union on the property. Dave is one big sad joke of a leader and his character is no longer in question, he has exposed to us all how ugly he and his union busting team really is. Until they are removed I will never give them one red cent nor will I help them by giving it a 110% like I would with a Herb Kelleher leading us.

Willing? No...however; I'm afraid I have no choice. I'm a F/S agent, and the latest contract my union presented to me gave all my rights away. They can come to me and my station tomorrow and say "You will give" and we will! My IAM contract gave the company the "go ahead" to make my station (yours too) into an MDA or Mainlline Express station. F/S agreed to it! So, here I am...do as you wish!

No. We have already given up alot of money$$$$. We make less money...We have to pay more now for our medical & dental insurance coverage plus the coverage is worse, and have given up vacation/holidays....($$$ savings)
Plus all employees are trying to keep up the same level of service, no with less help... (More $$$ savings)....
We have put faith in the airline and mgt to use that $$$ money wisely to turn this company around...We're watching to see what mgt does to market this airline... to add customers to our airline....
We are not..not.. one of the highest paid employees in this industry, and there are other airlines are making profits...That is a sure sign that the travelling economy is rebounding and passengers are returning to the skies....
But to attract them, you can't deplete the employee staffings, cut service, cut meals, keep untidy aircraft, and expect to keep passengers with just low fares...
There is too much competition to do that....I think since the passengers are travelling again now, the emphasis should be back to improving the quality of service for the passengers.... :huh:
