Are management layoffs based on merit or seniority?

heard also they made some cuts in procedures, but not the ones that i know for fact have abused their positions, which isn't much....dave if you do read this i would be more than happy to show you abuse that a few people have done, charging the company for rented cars and space positive, when the flights were oversold, so they could visit their families.....i would be more than happy to save money, so usairways will survive and cut some of this stuff out...

if it is true, bruce was a good regional, sometimes hard, but his wife and their home was in pit, so maybe will be a good thing for him....i have dealt with him on good times and bad, but he was opened minded....even though i did not always agree with him, or him with me......i just hope he is happy about his new position.....he doesn't have to many more years left before retirement, so at least they kept him on.......good luck bruce.....
