Well, here's the one prediction (and it's a big one) that the east made which came true early on: "We are going to kick ALPA to the gutter."

As I recall while that prediction was making its rounds, the west had a counter prediction:
"You won't get 200 cards."

Now, what was that about our predictions going awry?

What has that accomplished?

Has that gotten you a bigger check? More respect form anyone? Created unity among the east and west?

Funny, you and I have completely different recollections of that prediction.

My memories have it going something like this....."we will offer a cost neutral contract in exchange for labor peace and seniority".

Remember now? The union busting lawyer and his lackeys that did not take the advice of the other lawyers who told them not to let everybody know why you were scabbing?


So. How is that cost neutral thing workin out for ya? About as good as your predictions I would say!

The opposing notion to traderjakes's so-disgustingly-too-often-offered-"thought" that : "Some people confuse courage with being stupid." is that self-obsessed, ignorant cowards often confuse their pathetic condition with somehow being "smart"...while even a flea can run away.
