Any links to TWU equity (stock) distribution committee meeting dates ?

Apparently the early out retirees were sent notices that they will not receive any of the equity distribution.

Thats not what I'm hearing from fellow retirees, who intend to be at the distribution meetings at the local offices, beginning the 20th Jun.

Or, Maybe I had a senior moment and forget to check my mailbox again.
