American Flag Displaying

Supposedly some airport in Virginia has banned the displaying of the American flag on the premises. I didn't catch which one, so could someone fill me in on the particulars. I think I may have heard it was ORF.

Norfolk is home to the largest navy base in the world. Throw in the Air Force presence over in Langley and the whole Southeast Virginia area is one big military installation. I highly doubt that ORF banned the flag, and even if they did, the local outcry would be so great that the person that came up with this policy would be ousted quickly.

It makes me sick on the stomach that any airport would think of doing such a thing. I would sure like to know which one it is!
