gen a bunch of people asked Gary to go back to making videos so as much as I understand you would like to see a Solidarity statement video that’s probably something that goes higher up than Gary and has to be decided by both sides.
i agree with that. again the problem i have is the leadership and their lack of an example of solidarity. we are asked to stand behind them but it doesnt look or sound like they are standing in front of us as one. again i ask oes gary speak for the association or just the twu? is it a unified message or just his opinion?

Weez and Juan Elvira are misleading people when they say that a PEB may be the next step.
Because if the nmb rules for the company then the next step is a cooling off.
Thats what Im hoping for because that forces a contract vote and strike vote prior to the 30 days.
While im hoping for a ratification, here is where it gets politically interesting. If the membership voted no then its possible that the govt and the company would force a strike, knowing that 80% would cross to finally get their protections, money, and increased benefits.
Then the 20% of strikers will be replaced and gone packing.

No one in their right mind will strike for this group of liars bka the ASS leading the charge, not even W

I’m not going to presume but since he did mention the IAMPF and saying he’s not going to speak on that I would say he speaks more on the TWU side and for his perspectives in dealing with the Company people.

It’s not as structured on the TWU side although I do know for a fact that everyone’s on the same page.

And currently the TWU does hold the Association chair but I don’t think any of that matters either way.

again we presume he speaks for everyone. where is the iam opinion? the chair means nothing with equal veto power.

Well Brian Parker said at the SOTA that he would even speak for the IAM and the Association also so honestly I think everyone’s on the same page.

Greg Cosey in DFW was even talking about the Medical and the IAMNPF.

I think everyone is trying to cover everything when they speak.

But don’t think I don’t understand where you’re coming from cause I do get it.

If I worked in TUL I would have to agree. (Just being honest here)
If you think more than 20% would walk you really are out of touch with the members. You do know we can’t even slow down the operation today. I don’t think a majority are as mad as you think with the company

I don’t know what anyone would do. Never claimed I did. I know what I would do. But you claimed you know what I would do and I’m just telling you that you’re wrong.

I don’t know what any majority might feel. I don’t speculate like that. I’m not even mad to be honest. I know the games that both sides play and I just know which side of the table I want to sit on to play the game.

The Big Wheel

Again if the Company puts out in full their proposal in writing (Final issues only) I can support the Association doing the same to see where we stand and what we are now asking for from the original December 2015 proposal.

Since there’s been no change in the Company’s Wage economics, my position that they’re sub par won’t change.

I could care less if they give you an extra $3000. But that’s only how I feel.

You could care less? That sure as hell isn't what I'm hearing around the breakroom. The TWU represented have been paying $400.00 a month more than their IAM represented counterparts for their health insurance since the merge. What kind of logic is this? As if the current disparity with sick time accrual, and pay wasn't bad enough. Nevermind the amount of paid holidays, add to that they get paid double time. Is there anything else we could do to kiss the IAM's ass?

Actually i think more people are annoyed with the association. Do they have good cause? Probably

Vort I said “I” don’t care and no, “I” don’t. I try to think more about the BIG picture (The Big Wheel) over sweating the little stuff.

I know it’s the POS Company Bobbleheads keeping stuff from us to create the divide and frankly I’m not going to EVER be stupid enough to buy into it.

Hey if the shoe was on the other foot and IAM guys were telling us to give up work so they could get some cashola, I’d tell them to F off and take a flying leap.

Not from the people I talk to and if there are so many people pissed off at the Association like you think Al why aren’t they all over Jetnet and Workbrain screaming bloody murder?

I see a few here and there but not many.
