how can that be? we have 3-4 supervisors in my work area...when the old aa, late 80's-early to late 90's aa, had 1 supervisor..and he also did everyone's attendance. 3-4 supervisors and the scams, burned bags and operational hiccups are increasing.

wall street knows. thank Christ most of us will be long gone when all this catches up to the 'new aa'.

delta has rules and accountability, ua is making that turn and seems to be moving up from 3rd to 2nd, while aa is run from a tree-house down the block.

Agreed way to many managers we have over 50 here when we were a hub with 200 mainline flights we had like 14. I don't know what they are thinking I thought it was an AA thing.AA people tell me they thought it was an US thing either way seeing all manager strengthens my resolve not to give into concessions

Al is catering desirable because it has lots of downtime between flights and is less physically strenuous than bulk loading in the bin? Sorta like how someone like Weez gets lots of downtime between widebody departures and his work isn’t physically strenuous operating a K-Loader.

Sorry josh we don't have catering or widebodies here but yes the Weez would have plenty of down time even if he were loading the Queen Mary by himself

The union has no leverage since it bit on the money for cross utilization. Twu members are absolutely screwed as long as their leadership and weez keep allegiance with the iam.

To be honest with you Al I don’t spend much time wondering why or how Sito does much of anything
