On facebook Tim is pushing that the negotiators are more concerned with the court case than contract items and that has stalled talks.Grain of salt

Don't know it's that's true, but considering what's happening with the SWA/AMFA case it makes sense.

They could have been looking for assurances about the legal issues in exchange for cooperation in negotiations.

The lawyers wouldn't want to wait until there was a resolution to the legal issue to move ahead with the negotiations.

If LAA follows the SWA, in pursuing something that would take away a job action in the future, then that would be the exchange for a contract and forgiveness of a probable fine.
