Tim the ass tried putting pressure on the company. All it did was piss off our passengers cut into our profit sharing checks and a likely large fine on the union.Maybe pressure was put on the wrong entity.perhaps its the Ass that needs to be nudged

Next time the bullies need to bring bigger bats. That will really scare them.

Since the NMB isn’t saying anything, would that mean that AA and association are at an impasse and shouldn’t the ass be asking to be released for self help.

Samuelson can give more tough guy speeches.

I agree with you here. Might be a bit harder now that the LUS is involved, but, maybe this long ice will get more sigs this time around.

Outstanding. Congrats to the Delta employees! And 4%. More than the industry average. Also some great news about this years PS.
Anyone know where that will put a top out mechanic at Delta? Will this 2019 raise pass SWA's AMT's pay scale?? UAL???
I too think it will be interesting going forward in AA's nego's. IF there will be any future nego's. As of now the ice continues...

I'm not 100% sure but I think they are at $44.92 base + $5.00 license premium + 4%. Maybe one of the Delta guys can help us out with more accuracy on the numbers. There could be more with shift premiums, longevity and other premiums.

It's a different airline with different finances and a different industry, PS is part of the equation at other airlines.

It may be that we haven't seen how they'll offset the PS, but it's on their table.

It would be very hard for the Association to refuse an enhancement even if it modified the Scope (doubtful airline would make that exchange)

The Association, more like the TWU side, has been very vocal about an enhanced PS. If offered, they won't be able to push it away. If anything, they'll try to use it as an example of what their "bloody summer" was able to gain.

it's my belief that any 'enhanced' profit sharing for titles 1-2-3, will be discussed in the next contract.

no doubt, aa will follow delta, with 3% more than delta's oct. 2019 4% raise..but, profit sharing is a monologue, not a dialogue, and the company controls and does the monologuing.

if aa goes this way, fleet is looking at $33.35/hr without differential on DOS...c/c will be around $35.50/hr without differential. based alone on wages, easy pass.
