I do and I have posted the resignation form letter, and the iam response telling me how much i save.

Judge McBryde orders Permanent Injunction against TWU, IAM and Association.

Do you have any details? Fines ect

No real deep details, but the Perm. R.O. applies and is ordered.
Still like how they have to throw our airline and AMFA in there at the end.
Hope you all get your wish and this applies enough pressure for the asso. to agree to allow something to come out for a vote by the membership.

Can someone please explain why these loud mouth supporters of the Association (IAM/TWU) have ran far far away. They treated those of us who wanted no part of the Association and called it out on day one as those lacking intelligence and having an AGENDA. That was the biggie, we all had an agenda. Spit boy, the youtube thief, the beer drinker, the negotiators etc...the Association "Warriors" have gone and scuttled inside...Come on Warriors. come out to play...Just for you Youtube boy, I know you're watching.

Now, the TWU and IAM both have rules that are fake. For instance, both unions say that you can't resign except for one time a year. And that if you do, you have a one year timetable. And that you could lose your job. And that you have to go through your Local. ALL BS and Lies.
Your civil rights supersede any silly union rule meant to discourage one from exercising their rights to get the hell out of the organization at any time. Those rights also mean that the union has to respond to you within the 60 days and give you the documentation showing your reduced rate.

All resignations need to go to the INTL Union "Secretary?Treasurer. Your Local has nothing to do about it.
Those are the facts. And if the union doesn't respond then lucky you, because then you can sue the union for massive violations!

Those former posters who supported the Association don't have a defense to the weakening position the Association has put us in. It's common sense that anytime you have something jammed down your throat with no vote, there is a messed up reason behind it. The union is supposed to be for the members, not the members for the union. The Association has gone against what unions stand for, and continues to do so at our expense. You could see this would get ugly a long time ago. I think the departed posters were the ones with an agenda.
 
I get more info from the association how we should all work normally (like I would do anything the association says good or bad) then information on what we are asking for in negotiations or what the company is offering.
 
Please quit bitching and complaining about the Association, the TWU, and the IAM

You all have a legal right to sign cards and force the vote you were denied.
You all have the legal right to a Union of our choosing.

If you don't have the courage to take responsibility and do something about the problem
Then just STFU and take what you have coming

"Now is not a good time to change Unions"
"Let's just wait and see what happens"
"WE are close to a contract don't disrupt negotiations"

And then.....

So what's this Association going to do when the passengers file a class action civil suit for damages because of lost time and money due to the delays that a Federal Judge has now placed squarely on the Association, IAM, and TWU?

The missed cruises, the missed Funerals, and missed Weddings
Missed Meetings
Missed final moments with sick loved ones

Can you imagine the dollar figure on the damages to the paying passengers?

There is an article at The Dallas Morning News just published. The title says American Airlines demands mechanics union pay for enormous financial loses. Its time for a new union. The Association has no clue how to represent us. Where can we get cards
 
The company sued for damages today. Listed hundreds of fights and what could be $100+ million.
These union pollyannas may cost us our representation if the meter continues to run as the union may revoke its certification and render us non union like it did with another mechanic group last year.
