This is the second time that guys like CLTrat bought Baskett's bullcrap. He isn't the only one. CLTrat and many others just sit on their arse and let the bad news hit them right in the face. I wasn't the only one who knew this was coming and that the plan was going to be placed in critical status, which it now is. Baskett knew as well. If we (DL) don't get back in the Plan, and if LUS people don't stay in it going forward, the outlook is pretty bleak.

I'd love to say "I told you so" to all the people that have flipped me sh*t over the years about my stance on this plan, but mostly I just want to know how much my benefit accruals are getting cut...

I have been told by key people that the 'active' participants will be hammered. Retirees are ok for now. 2 new schedules were completed late last week with a decision. I'm not sure what schedule we will be placed on Al nor have I seen either new schedule of benefits but where have we seen this before?

One thing is for sure, our future benefits ARE affected. I made a video last April telling weez and everyone that the plan is going to go critical status. Now it has.
Worst part is that after they cut their future liabilities by cutting our future benefits, it will only keep it afloat for another 5 or so years before they have to do this again, and again. I tell people but they don't listen.

They gave themselves a $31,000 pay raise, raised dues, as we got pension cuts and no increases in pay.

Negotiation update: No movement. No new dates were scheduled.
Once again weez and peterson were lying.
And btw, Mr baskett and weez said the company never made a comprehensive offer but I told our F'ing idiot members there was a comprehensive offer and final.

Mr Petersons podcast confirms I was right as that goof finally admitted it was true.

401k with our contribution match 9.3 % , plus the profit sharing going into my 401k, I control my own destiny. I remember when we were Teamsters they talked up their pension, we said no thanks, glad we did. That IAM pension is a black hole.
