He supports certain people because they talk to him and he can call their cellphones. They make him feel special so he carries their torch.

That's become harder because his faith in some of these people must have been shaking because they've been so wrong. Epically wrong.

Once the tide turns and he can get the upper hand, he'll be back.

And when anybody especially maintenance related answer him back instead of arguing the point you made he would just say nasty remarks . Because he knew he was wrong and had no defense. But like I said on face book there are a few twu officials that are the same way. There just rude .like I told weez Goto all the line stations and overhaul we would have got AMFA are amp by now. I some time read the pilots threads being out sick leave on bed rest a lot of time on hand he did the same thing there to trying to tell the pilots his great wisdom didn’t go well over there either. They had a lot of fun with him and 700 when he was around

Depends on what's in the T/A.
Someone mentioned the company is asking $52 million from the association. If true I see a vote real soon.

If the judge allows AA to sue us then you will have a contract very soon. The Association is going to try and get money from the members to counter sue AA and I will not give anymore then my contract says.

At least the judge didn't automatically rule for the co. Not so cut and dry. Maybe the judge is seeing the move as a chess move by the co. which is what it was. They were trying to use the courts to retain leverage at the table. Judge might see right thru it. Well see after a month.

Don't be surprised if something comes out soon and it will be played out as a compromise or settlement from both sides to avoid a decision from the judge.
