What’s sad is, people are still working OT and planes that are going OTS are for real safety of flight write ups. But because we have a union president threatening AA president with it will be a long hot summer and then walks out with all the mechs in tow. How do you argue that point. He really taught Isom a lesson.

Does anybody think Isom was smiling a little on the inside when Samuelson walked out?

Well according to the filing with the Court and the TRO you AMT’s are not putting planes OTS for legitimate safety write ups.

First thing Isom did after the meeting was conference call with Parker, BOD's and legal. He asked them if they got every word (threat) that Samuelson said. Next thing you know we get dik slapped with a TRO.

Isom just took the wind out of your sails, by putting the mechanics in the crosshairs of management for legitimate write ups. Your only recourse is the FAA or AMFA lawfirm on individual Air21 lawsuits. The Association will not back you. If this doesn't get you guys to address representation change nothing will. I think it’s all a way the union can give into the company proposals and blame it on the suit and judge. Why else would they scream we’re going to have the bloodiest battle on company property. After the company had already filed a suit . And why no counter suit from the union. Now there bowing to the company tro. So if nothing else Samuelson is a big bully who got called out by the company and judge. AMFA stuck up for there mechanics with a counter suit. Your right you can not make this stuff up

Our guys are dead to the world on stuff like this. They complain but won't stick their heads out the window to look for better options.
