No longer will our perceived view of AA and TWU conspiring to keep all other unions out, now we will just have to stop paying union dues.

I wonder if the Association will actually start producing results, or just being democratic, knowing that their blanket protection will soon be over.

Not quite yet. You’re under the RLA and I’m sure they’ll be attacking that soon too. Then everyone can pounce nice and hard on their Unions till they bite the dust.

Most of that crap has really been more in your heads and what you want to believe rather than it being some actual realities.

You're missing my point. The IAM is half the NC as is the TWU. If either side refuses to send a TA back to the membership if and when the time comes, we have a stalemate.
So I ask you.....If it is GAME OVER, why do still not have any movement?

And I ask you still. Has the Company actually offered any formal offer to our Representatives besides what has been said on Jetnet?

IMO now after this ruling if either side chooses to refuse to lock in they’re out of their minds since there are far more important things they need to REALLY start focusing on now. The Status Quo has ended.

Problem is the Membership is more than likely still going to continue on being too blind and stupid to figure it out?

Because the IAM has taken the position a bit like Bob Owens did a few years ago. Bob said if his work group didn’t get the deal they were seeking, he hoped AA filed Chapter 7 and shut down. The IAM seems to me to be saying no retaining of the LUS Healthcare, no deal for anyone. Again, just a product of the Association where the minority can call the shots.

Who knows? Most of your guys on here don’t give 2 chits about any jobs being lost anyway. They say it all the time. “We lose the jobs anyway”
