I have my own private attorney to use, validate and take action if need be. At our ages and the assets we have it's a must in my eyes. And I do use him a lot during nego's to get confirmation on certain issues because I always double check my unions attorneys. The teamsters were found to be wrong most all the time, but they were care full enough NOT to put anything in writing, that's the only thing that saved them. When this TWU and IAM asso. put in writing they would allow the membership to vote for or against the asso. was a direct FTR case. They knew all along that the membership would not vote on it as did my attorney who is an expert in labor laws with and without unions. This was the man that helped me "try" to tell the AA'ers that they would not get to vote on the asso. being rammed down their throats, turns out he was right from the get go, huh??? Never believe anything you are told by any union, union attorneys, company, and company attorney's people need to learn to get out and get your own info. as most will only tell you what you wanna hear and a private attorney will tell you like it is.
The only people I work for is myself and my family. I am employed by SWA and have nothing to do with any law firm as you suggest. I do my own homework and investigations. After the teamster, I trust no one, period. And yes this includes AMFA, I still get all my info. given to me verified and double checked.

In your eyes everything the company says is lies, and everything the union says is truth. I also have excellent attorneys at my disposal too.

The observers were refrained from attending by the mediators not AMFA and not the company. The company has flat out lied to our faces in their little road shows that they put on. Those road shows did not go good with the company. A few of them they were told to leave or they got complete fed up and left on their own. I do know they got hammered in Dallas big time.

There is not a NAAWP or a Miss White America or WET (White Entertainment Television). Think we should start having Affirmative Action for white students who want to attend part B institutions (any historically black college established before 1964). How about WMA's (White Movie Awards)?

If whites had a whites only award ceremony the liberals would lose their minds.

So again what is your point? If it is to point out double standards regarding race then everyone is already aware of those.

Liberals claim they need to stack the deck against whites and have all this exclusivity in the name of equality. Does the above list look like equality to you?
