AIG Threats

Like I said before, Demorats and Liberals, do an outstanding job.......................of spending other peoples money !

And......Look at the video of these "protests", and look at the majority of the people protesting. Interestingly, look at all the mass produced signs they are holding........Hmmmm. Look closely, and you'll see a certain "label".

DellDude, I can feel it coming. Sooner or later, I will get to post my favorite, and, I may add, clearly appropriate pic.
Stupid people are just that.

Do you remember the Palin rally's???

I do not consider all of those morons that were shouting "hang em" and carrying around monkey's with Obama's name on them to be representative of any one group (other than the stupid people group mentioned above).

You are really reaching here.

Wow, you're spinning so fast I'm getting dizzy. You must get a job as a "fact checker" at Fox News. They always need people who can ignore the truth and change it to fit their philosophy. Not one thing about the above statements is correct.

The "bonusses" were awarded for contracts negotiated last year, not for cleaning up the aftermath of last year. In fact, one of the largest bonusses went to the guy who headed up the department that was the main culprit in bringing AIG down. That's what makes them immoral and unethical. The contracts guaranteed them the bonusses regardless of their performance or the company's financial health.

I realize that your mind is made up and you don't like to be confused by facts, but I just couldn't resist. Maybe if you take a couple Tylenol and lie down for awhile the headache will go away.

I forgot, you subscribe to the tingly leg fact checker team of Olberdouche and Matthews. Goog luck with that!

Wasn't Obama a part of ACORN?...go figure.
Ok, dapoes. Let me try this slowly and with as many small words as possible.

You are a member of many groups. (Female race, Flight Attendant, age group...are you following me here?)

I am quite sure that all those in your groups are not anything like you...thankfully.

I know for a fact that one member does not define any group. (like the idiots at Palin rallies carrying monkey dolls with Obama shirts on them and yelling 'hang 'em , or the dumb asses sending email messages threatening the kids of AIG bonus recipients).

I know you have a hard time connecting the dots, but you are who you associate with. ACORN, known terrorists, racist preachers, etc. Get the idea?

Well then I must be aFrequent Flying, living in sin, Libertarian, Ron Paul Republican, Neo-nazi, Jehovah's Witness, Mormon, Born Again, Lesbian, BiSexual, Flaming Limousine Liberal Democrat, socialist, Belgian beer drinking, gin and tonic swilling, bourbon loving faggot as I have friends who have described themselves as one or more of the above. Some those even apply to me as well

You'd also do well to note that no less than Jesus Christ hisself had a prostitute as a known associate and the Apostles were not the cognoscenti of that society.

You'd also do well to ponder Christ's words "Let he among you who is wothout sin cast the first stone" It's in the Bible! You could look it up.

You want to connect my dots? By the way one of my customers used to call me "Pope of the Spics" because so many of his fellow Hispanics that he referred to bought from me. So does that make me a Citizen of Uruguay like my buddy Jorge is?

Context my little tonic swilling Jorge, context. When you are elected to represent the people and voted for by the people, then you are subject to a higher scrutiny then those that elected you. Its called credibility. If not then you are merely a peasant, not allowed to question your beloved King. Also known as MSNBC.

Nice try.

Now you want to make this about Obama. You are pathetic.

Go back and read what this discussion is about.

I will leave you to Bob to clean up after your mess.

The Palin Rally's. Ahhh yes, there were just so many of those "stupid" people that you watched on your favorite network news EVERY evening  Oh.....I know....you are one of the ones who watches ALL news, gets info from ALL news sources, and then make your most "informed" decision. Not saying the example you provided is not moronic, or "stupid", as you say, they were moronic in their behavior. But, my friend....2 points:

1) You seem to allude to the term "monkey" with a racial slant associated with that term? Correct? I seem to remember.....hmmmm....let me think. Yes, Our former President W. Bush was constantly charactarized in editorial cartoons from MAJOR DISTIGUISHED NEWS ORGANIZATIONS:read: Liberl/left leaning, as a monkey  But, no racial overtones, so it was just "funny".

2) I was speaking of the left leaning, socialist agenda that uses all catagories of "minorities" (not just race)......

roll that!

Those stupid people did not represent all of the Palin supporters. Do you get it now???

As for "my favorite news network", you area clueless. You have no idea from where I get my "news". As a full-time worker and full-time college student, I get little time to watch television. When I do, it is usually a fishing show, or sporting event. I am a reader.

When that did happen, then they were also wrong.

(If he was indeed "constantly characterized" I am sure you have many such examples/sources of those editorial cartoons from "MAJOR DISTIGUISHED NEWS ORGANIZATIONS:read: Liberl/left leaning" with President Bush shown as a monkey...)

Thats great that you read, stay informed, and work/go to school...Good for you! Instead of watching a fishing show, I prefer to go myself!....I digress.
Just understand, I'm only responding to what i see. No personal offense meant.
As to your last query, yes, I could provide examples, but, to save time, go to Google/Images/bush monkey, and that should give you a starting point....fair enough?

Nuff Said!!

i think the reason our people are angry is that this is our money , we've given their company 150 billion dollars ..

its rather sickeining to think the these people who would have all been out of a job without our money can now get themselves a new BMW and take that vaction in the swiss country side ..

and people aren't just angry about AIG , it's every other large bailout that's come about ..... it's time for responsblity ,but there are just so many people in this society who don't care (john thain ," give me 10 million dollar bonus for meril lynch" )

Instead of watching a fishing show, I prefer to go myself!....I digress.

I do that. Look at the new topic in the Water Cooler titled "victory garden"

You must be "tugging" my chain.

Have you been taking lessons from Dapoes?

If you make a statement like that, back it up. It lends to credibility.

For some reason you are the second....Bear something was the other, to say i'm "starting" something. I am not. I just respond the way I see things, that is all. I have firm beliefs and convictions, as you and others do, and I try to convey them as best as I can. I may not be the best, but, my style is mine, and that is me.
