Not really. It is more of the guy that is trying to save his own butt (you) using any propaganda available. And that you are so transparent about what you are really protecting. That is what creates the back lash.

Variable Compensation plans are anti-union.
Concessions for jobs is anti-union.
Tapping out of a fight before the first round ends is anti-union.
Any offer that requries Fear instead of logic to obtain affirmative votes is anti-union.

Do you get it now?

WN, CO, Boeing all companies you champion offer variable compensation.

CAL/IBT and Boeing/IAM have process improvement language in their contracts.

We have been negotiating for five years, this sure is a long round.

There are two types of fear rational and irrational. Knowing that we will get spanked and lose over 4,000 union brothers and sisters jobs - of which I am a long way from being one of them - is rational fear.

<p>
Ream is saying that Bob Owens is wrong and the Last Best Offer and 3/22 term sheet are not the same.

Please give me the minute/second mark where the company states what you have described.

While you are looking for that, take a look at the following from PBS FRONTLINE: UAL Bankruptcy http://www.pbs.org/w...79&continuous=1

By all means, watch the whole thing; but, pay particular attention beginning at 10 MIN, 10 SEC: the lead attorney for UAL during their bankruptcy reorg states that it took three years to "artfully" readjust the expectations of their employees without losing their, "hearts and minds."

After you watched what was actually said in the link I posted, get back to me with your Min/Sec mark to support what you claimed.

I do not thrust him. After all what we have been thru, does anybody believe this people?

Still a solid NO.

Just to make sure I get this straight, all anti-TWU stuff means you are pro-union and a fighter and also anything that portrays contrasting viewpoints, facts, or information is considered pro-company and a kiss a##? Is that right?

In this particular case that would be a resounding YES...

BTW...that will be the only YES out of me this week.

So who from the TWU was holding the camcorder?

And another name for a cat is pussy

Overspeed , please tell me what it takes to be a union man? How should I vote on politics? Can I still maintain my NRA membership? Do I have to be a Democrat?

Jim Ream? I'd rather be entertained by Jim Beam. But the irony of his last name is great !!!

It might have been effective in changing the minds of any fence sitters but he didn't address any, ANY, issues the local presidents brought up. One of the biggest issues they mentioned was the fact that some of the things promised by the company were open ended and/or unclear.

The Reamer missed a perfect opportunity to address the issues and remove the doubt in the company's offer. Instead he talked of copying other BK airlines.....period.

FAIL

Video now removed from YouTube?

This just keeps getting better.

Just as the manage the Airline, without direction and clueless.

Now more NO VOTES for taking the video down and hiding the evidence.

Priceless

Overspeed, you have less than 24 hours and I bet you alone can push this to 85% NO.
You can do it!!!!!

I can't now they took it down. What he said was that the LBO offered and early out and new language that is not in the March 22 term sheet. Simply put, the assertion in the vote no video that we get the 1.5% and many other conditions will be there after a vote to reject.

I am not telling you how to vote just that Bob and the rest of his coalition of the misinformed and misguided have not stated the all the facts.

Vote no and we will see. Test your theories but remember, you can't unwind your decision. AMR's lawyers will push for abrogation and after 33 out of 33 in the last decade the lawyers are batting a 1.000

I have seen the UAL video and your point is what? They did better after BK?

If you checked the comments for the video, it was removed for being "bullying".
