AA enters LAX -ATL

Here, let me get this started...what a strategic blunder!  All of you might as well start looking for new jobs.  The end is near.  3 flights a day on this route will put AA back in bankruptcy before school is out next June.

Do you suppose there's any chance we will put some of the A321T's on this route?

Nice this is long overdue. Now AA has most all if the key business markets in the eastern US covered.

I'm sure the ATL biz travelers will appreciate the convenient T gate departures and arrivals-- It's almost like a whole different airport. A much better experience!

Indeed and the Admirals Club staff in ATL is really first rate.

I'm curious; is this just a natural rounding-out of AA's network or is it more retaliation for DL's intrusion into LAX-DFW?

WT is going to wake up and think he's having a nightmare. I'm just curious why he didn't have a response before he went to bed. I mean he makes it seem like the stooges in ATL can't make a move without his input. They must have told him this would happen!

My guess, just a rounding out of the LAX operation. The ATL schedule looks good, the LAX schedule looks a little iffy with the late morning departure. I would have assumed something more around 7-8:30am.

Long expected and well overdue. Great news. Impressed that AA is diving right in with triple daily service.
