Jim promised when he came to Tulsa that he would do everything in his power to bring our divided membership back together.

My first suggestion is to change how our National Leaders are put into positions. They should be elected by the membership, everyone gets to vote.

Next he needs to step down, this is the only way the membership will see it as the twu being serious about change.

thrustfuljet, what have you been doing? drinking that AMFA koolaid, surely you jest when you say "THEY SHOULD BE ELECTED BY THE MEMBERSHIP" my god man, your asking for accountability!!!!

Sounds like AMFA lite to me.

Here are some suggestions for him.
Direct elections of all officers, international and local.
Memebership approval on side letters of agreement.
Membership ability to remove brawling officers.
Membership being allowed to attend the convention.

I fear this won't happen before the election, or before hell freezes over. This list is by no means complete, just a bare bones list of basic ideas that all freedom loving Americans should be entitled to.
