50 years and counting

Why should she? I think a very high percentage of the older people are excellent FA's, and I've flown with a lot of junior people who simply have no business doing this job.

BTW, in April I'll start my 40th year at age 61.

Well @ JFK we have a 76 years old that could barely walk up the aisle. I think it's selfish of this person not to retire.

Do you feel the same way about this 52 year old? Maybe she should retire and let a 22 year old have her acting job. Age discrimination is bad-bad-bad!

There is a differance between someone who cannot perform their job and someone who is a senior. As a safety proffesional, I would think the F/A's at AA wouldn't want to sacrifice on safety, talking about the 76 year old who can barely make it up the aisle not Barbra. I have seen plenty of senior FA's who out work their younger crew members.


Don't make mountians out of mole hills. <_<
