Integrity Matters

Another wacky west pilot goes postal in crew news. Susie and 98% of west pilots vote their rigs away, then threaten the company afterwards.
Bizarre does not begin to describe it.

Interesting. The LAA guys on C&R really like how she holds the speakers to task. LOTS of compliments regarding her tenacity.
Maybe it's just you ..... oh wait. It is just you. We knew that in 2007! Big smiles.

Management shut her down on the spot with some fantastic lip service......

Big smiles "Dorothy" you keep clicking those heels.......let me know when your in CLT....you have a bucket coming your way........chicken that is.

Funny, for being number one I would be picking different trips if they are that bad.

Exactly, simply choose better trips.

Not only that, drop some time if you think they are dangerous to fly so much. Does she know how to make a fatigue call? Does she have that many bills to pay that she has to work that much, jeez!

Being #1 she should've taken a bid on the 320 to find trips more to her liking. Maybe she can't upgrade, reminds me of trader.

But no, she would rather call and write the FAA, her congressional representatives, company management, all for something that is completely legal. I think her anger is getting the best of her. Someone please tell her to calm down and take her meds. No-one writes her back, lol!

And why were there so few pilots out there at the crew news? The PHX training center closure wasn't announced previously, so what are you westies so angry about? Isom told you all, you should feel lucky to be here.

Hearing the west may start a little "safety" campaign.

That was the most cringeworthy thing I have ever seen in aviation.

My personal "favorite" must remain the time that a great PHX "leader" was observed, virtually on his knees, directly asking the CEO (on company video) the deeply troublesome philosophical question of whether or not he "should turn in" supposedly fellow pilots for daring to taxi even heavy aircraft with both engines running. Perhaps most surprising there was the fact that the CEO didn't abuse the obvious opportunity offered and immediately demand said "leader" lick his shoe soles clean on camera as well.

"This is Sparta!"....yeah, I just couldn't even begin to describe just how truly "impressed" I've been with the the PHX bunch. "Crazy Susie" shown in that latest is merely symptomatic. Having said that: I do know that PHX contains both good people and fully respectable pilots who's hands I'd gladly shake....they just never much entered the fray, presumably since doing so would've cast them alongside the likes of "cap'n aux"/"crazy susie" et al.

Yes, but we don't know what happened off camera.  We can only imagine.

From all we've seen these past years?...I can only assume some personally-signed-by-management, AWA-swoosh-emblazoned knee-pads have been awarded to the selected inner-circle-jerk of supposed "spartans"....If not; they should've at least requested some "designer" ties or T-shirts for their "heroic" efforts.

Chip Mayer got right to the heart of the issue.  The great Westie PBS system, the one that they're always bragging about, doesn't prevent the kind of trips that she was complaining about.  The new AA PBS system coming after FOS will prevent them.

No doubt Crazy Suzie was one of the 98% who voted yes.

I've been buzzing by once in a while. You kids sure seem to be frothing a bit. Good for you.

"I've been buzzing by once in a while."...? What's new there? Perhaps it's best that you never unduly tax your sadly limited resources by ever even attempting any original "thought". ;)

Just be grateful no one's yet developed an internet flyswatter app.

Not the least bit even conceivably possible methinks..they'd first have to burn all their "Integrity matters" T-shirts:

And, let's not forget their overwhelming support for the very same contract she's now whining about. Perhaps best quoted from Forrest Gump: "Stupid is as Stupid does."  I mean seriously folks; could it honestly be the case that NONE of them could actually read, or at all even imagine the "fine print" within it?...Or, can we now safely assume that only 2% of them could manage such amazing feats as reading and thinking?

Here's a gentle hint for "you'se" sort of morons cactusboy: if you're too tired to fly, then DON'T take passengers' lives into you hands aloft...Period! The FAA provides for this contingency and you've no need of some hysterical hyena fantasizing about what "60 Minutes" would presumably have to say about any crash. Her doing that much alone fully depicts an individual who seems to suffer either a complete lack of spine, or some entirely self-centered delusions that her precious pay check should come first over passenger safety. How else can one otherwise interpret her clinically insane ramblings? I'm hardly any great fan of management's notions there, but it's incumbent on every pilot to know when one's not truly ready to fly. Changing anything operational won't ever come from literally hysterical rantings on company video. Note that she wasn't even afforded a microphone to speak after her initial rantings....? Well, there's a "clue" as to how much "difference" she really made.

The only thing that's been buzzing in his head are the two times they turned down their beloved NIC.............mistake of the decade.
