Riiiight....that's why it's the ONLY list accepted by the company & argued as the starting point for the LUS pilots by 2/3 of the SLI committees.luvthe9 said:Did you forget ......no NIC........"Dorothy'"

You should be just fine.

But is it the starting point by 2/3 of the SLI arbitrators? They make the decision, not the committees. Wasn't sure if you realized that.
This is your eureka moment?nic4us said:Not "the deal" at all.
One ops certificate (done), One seniority list (done), One JCBA (prevented by scab union)
That is the deal and the JCBA is not tied to the Nic whatsoever, just as the one ops certificate we have been working under was not tied to the JCBA.

Sure. How's that been working for you for the last 9 years, Bucko? Enjoying the stagnant waters of the desert fishbowl?
I'm near the top of the East list (one of the 517) and I have upgraded seats twice since the Nicolau abomination was "accepted" by the company. My junior colleagues who are getting the full blast of the current attrition (including, very soon, mine) have been moving up seats at a dizzying rate (they're probably sick of all the initial training schools they've had to endure.)

The ops certificate was not contingent on a JCBA. You just realized that? Congratulations!!

And neither was the seniority list...
And no, I realized it all along....
Of course the scab union had the east believing otherwise.
Then why are we still separate?nic4us said:

We realize you want it bad, and that is all the evidence needed to show all how flawed the Nic really is.
