Did you forget ......no NIC........"Dorothy'"
Riiiight....that's why it's the ONLY list accepted by the company & argued as the starting point for the LUS pilots by 2/3 of the SLI committees.

You should be just fine.

But is it the starting point by 2/3 of the SLI arbitrators? They make the decision, not the committees. Wasn't sure if you realized that.

Sure.  How's that been working for you for the last 9 years, Bucko?  Enjoying the stagnant waters of the desert fishbowl?

I'm near the top of the East list (one of the 517) and I have upgraded seats twice since the Nicolau abomination was "accepted" by the company.   My junior colleagues who are getting the full blast of the current attrition (including, very soon, mine) have been moving up seats at a dizzying rate (they're probably sick of all the initial training schools they've had to endure.)

Keep swimming flounder, that fishbowl is getting smaller.

It's going to be just fine........no worries out east.

No JCBA, no nic, that was the deal.

Not "the deal" at all.

One ops certificate (done), One seniority list (done), One JCBA (prevented by scab union)

That is the deal and the JCBA is not tied to the Nic whatsoever, just as the one ops certificate we have been working under was not tied to the JCBA.

In June we will likely find it as the starting point of 3/3 of the SLI arbitrators, although your 2/3 will work just fine.

Now, had the scab union not irreversible harmed all LCC pilots career expectations, we would have had a much better position in relation to the AAPSIC's proposal.

This is your eureka moment?

The ops certificate was not contingent on a JCBA. You just realized that? Congratulations!!

Loser.....

Lost over $1/2 million and 170 days of vacation just to keep his fellow east pilots out of PHX.

Great game plan.  Probably 100 or so east pilots who would have loved to come to PHX senior to me with a big raise and more vacation, but alas, scab union supporters stopped them in their tracks.

Thanks nyc....

And neither was the seniority list...

And no, I realized it all along....

Of course the scab union had the east believing otherwise.

We realize you want it bad, and that is all the evidence needed to show all how flawed the Nic really is.

Then why are we still separate?

Frankly junior, I don't "want it bad", nor were my wants part of any committee's proposal.

I just spent 9 years with a hostile scab union gunning for my job.  No problem, because what I want has already happened.

A "Fair and Equitable" list will be constructed, and the scab union is now gone!

So, we all got raises and will get number on a list constructed to the "fair" standard.

Not some scab's version of what is fair and why they should be able to steal their co-workers job.

And, speaking of flawed....go back and re-hash the history of the scab union, every single premise they put out in that 9 year history was flawed.

Redo of Nic...flawed!
RICO suit....flawed!!
LOA93 snapback....flawed!!!
The company will negotiate for labor peace....flawed!!!!
The company will negotiate if we slow down......flawed!!!!!
The NMB can't park us....flawed!!!!!

Sure "you'se" don't. Just give the phrasing of "Frankly junior, I don't "want it bad" some further thought for providing today's best laughs.
