No. We're just waiting for all the pieces of the puzzle to fall into place. Shhhhhhh.....the parties have apparently come to an agreement & USAPA officers are meeting via telephone today.

If all the t's are crossed & all the i's are dotted, then the details will be released.

Ask ResJudicata
He typically declares some off the wall and twisted outcome. That is one extremely strange person.

Uh-Huh. FK you and Fk your AA "captain buddy" too.

And this is what he was talking about a year ago. Some things never change, he is still one very disturbed scab.

Oh Johnny Boy, WYW oh WYE must you continue to lie? You should have stated in negotiations and kept your word & abided by the arbitration.

Only a fool would have taken the path you've taken. At tremendous cost to us all. Shame on you.

You guys are chronic premature elators. Always announcing the future. It's rather boring.

But really.. are the westicles going to contractually bar themselves from all lawsuits against eastholes? Really? Settle? All these years the west has claimed no one could negotiate on behalf of west pilots.. and now a group of west pilots are negotiating (an allegedly have reached an agreement.. negotiated?).

If the self appointed west leaders negotiate a settlement and hand over the dues money to Marty and Jeffery.. How ironic that the west has reps that can now negotiate away any dues returns, but couldn't negotiate a lunch menu for the last 10 years.

For a consolation prize, can each Spartan warrior be given a fresh Liberty Tie?

Now this is funny.  The BPR is trying to sabotage the settlement by resigning.  Won't work.

Reconvened BPR Special Telephonic Meeting Recap

At 11 a.m. ET, the recessed BPR meeting was called to order by President Bradford to discuss progress in the settlement negotiations. The meeting, however, could not convene due to lack of a quorum. Jay Milkey for Washington, D.C., was the only BPR member present.
Additionally, over the previous two days, the USAPA Secretary Treasurer John Owens has received several resignations from BPR members which makes attaining a quorum difficult if not impossible.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:25 a.m.

I believe Jeff is paid from the West merger committee's share of the company's $4 million merger fund and the 1/3rd given by the APA.

I know, right? Johnny Boy's just not that bright. All he's got are ancient Ansett videos, ancient news reports about drug-running, and of course the claim that they dodged their responsibility.
