Hey Ace,

You defend the theft of other people's careers through evasion and intimidation. There is no reasoning with criminally minded psychopaths. The Usapian label fits you well and you are in good company.

How did a person of your "fine" character get an ATP?

E. An applicant must be of good moral character. The inspector shall ask an applicant if the applicant has been convicted of a felony. If the applicants answer is affirmative, the inspector should make further inquiry about the nature and disposition of the conviction. If an inspector has reason to believe an applicant does not qualify for an ATP because of questionable moral character, the inspector shall not issue a knowledge test authorization. Instead, the inspector shall refer the matter to the immediate supervisor for resolution. The supervisor may need to consult with regional counsel for a determination concerning whether the applicant meets the moral character eligibility requirement.
Just found out in the CLT crew news that an integrated seniority list won't be done until at least next year (first quarter 2016).

Don't forget the Ninth should have definitely ruled by then.

Then well see how much longer it takes when USAPA goes to court to get someone (like Silver) to vacate the award and bring it back to APA and USAPA.

Looks like PHX for a while for you guys.

LET IT FLY.......

Then you better talk to USAPA because the law says they (the West) don't.  And you just brought up the problematic point of whom exactly "elected" the West AOL leadership or their merger committee.  USAPA has rights, too.
USAPA signed a Protocal Agreement that stipulated that an arbitration panel would decide. USAPA lost. Good cases on both sides, but at the end of the day the APA has the right to designate a West Merger Committee. USAPA has no rights other than those granted the Merger Committee.
This BS has gone on long enough. How about we put the energy into putting on a good case for a three way merging of the lists and GET ON WITH OUR FUTURES.

You assume too much. Why would I want to commute out East? Life on the island means I can hit the slopes in the AM and relax by the pool in the evening. In the summer, I can enjoy the cabin in the White Mountains with plenty of hunting and fishing. I've never had the desire to live with crowds, cold and grey skies. Courtney is the one screwing himself with the Charlotte commute out of Phoenix. I get off the airplane, I go home. Borman? He eats and waits eats and waits. Maybe he'll get home.

APA and USAPA?
What makes you think that we are worried about the 9th when we filed the appeal? Whatever happens, USAPA is not going to be dug up out of the graveyard of decertified unions to represent the West.

The APA is the only union on this property. USAPA is no longer a union.

LET IT GO........

Seriously, where have you been, they still think they are getting the NIC and that will be what they try to start with, can't wait to see the APA handle that.

We agreed to this latest arbitration... So what if they bring the NIC. If you are so sure it's dead, what do you care? Do just that... Let "the APA handle that".

We agreed that the arbitrators have to adhere to the statutory law.

The Nic is indeed here/Nic plus, aged and will be presented to the panel like a fine Single Malt Scotch.

Cheers!
We'll see.  Most people don't like Scotch.

Cheers!

The NIC existed in a paradigm long since gone. It's very existence was conditional on a single CBA that never was.
Take your best shot...

The abitrators know the law and their jobs. They don't like others doing their work for them as noted when a certain Usapian was grilled and served on a platter.

I don't, but your comment should be directed to the west.
