show me in the letter where im wrong at. Sorry 700 i dont go by what you say. Exactly where does management have to listen and agree with union?

Cite the language where management loses the right to terminate plans if 3rd party modifications cant guarantee management from taxes? The members wanna know.

Wiki knew his stuff. It appears to me that he actually was incredibly accurate.

At any rate, does mx have a health cap on yearly increases? 7%?

So what if they terminate (A) plan. If a plan IS terminated a replacement would be explored. There are TONS of insurance companies offering TONS of different plans and rates.

Jeez Louise on this nonsense already.

Tim,

True, there is not going to be a strike vote for either maintenance or fleet. This is not a secret. False, we would not be going into joint talks with nothing. Would be going back to NMB.

yes there are tons of insurance companies offering all kinds of rates but maybe i like my plan and would rather negotiate future health care instead of reducing labors position to only being able to offer suggestions.

Btw would you vote for this ta if it was reversed and your work in mia could be worked by iam members but you couldnt do iam work?

"33"

He only interjected with the "no strike vote" comment to allude that the IAM threw ALL the leverage away prior to entering JCBA talks... SPIN... square pegs...round holes!

Hilarious Tim. You like your insurance plan. Personally I like dark skinned hookers in Houston myself. (Just had to go there) Tim even John Boehner himself said he liked the plan and rate he got on the ACA.

On the other question you're forgetting that if you vote yes any subcontractors doing AA metal work currently in stations you are in will become your work. The subs are out. So I'd look at it that way. And I'll bet you another $100.00 that your scope language has already been offered to us and you'll hear something about that after your vote? (No insider information, just a hunch) Watch for it.

On to your next issue to whack around now Tim. C'mon throw some real hard balls. I know you got it in you.

Earth to Nelson...

You did not “choose” your plan to begin with; the company did, and will again! The contract only stipulates coverage criteria, and how much you will pay for it... not who administers it!

lol. Excellent point Roa. The ACA did away with some people's plans because they didn't maintain minimum standards for care. People were paying for something that they got nothing out of if they got really sick.

Who wants to wrap there arms around some damn insurance company anyway. Hey let's all write love letters to Blue Cross. Huh?

so u would vote for the iam being able to do your work but you cant do iam work, and you would do so on your belief that management will eventually give you the same thing. I see.
