INITIALLY,.............he's a curious (male) K I D reacting on 'normal' hormonal changes while in his head,  CLASHING with the Non Stop BS coming from his parents....that sex is a dirty thing.   (again) INITIALLY, what Josh did was inappropriate yet normal to an extent.
Since BIG-JIM didn't have the balls to take his son aside to explain that girls (even his SISTERS) begin to change shape all of a sudden, Josh is not grasping the magnitude of his actions resulting in Further Inappropriatness.

I'm going to shock Bears and agree that the parents probably own this more than the actions of a closeted/sheltered 13 or 14 year old do.

It's also not a coincidence that stuff like this typically happens within the more fundamentalist sects which are patriarchal (e.g. Fundamental Latter Day Saints, Wahabism, and the Dugger's Patriarchal Baptists).

I'm not going to blame Christianity for this, but if you want to condemn patriarchalism, go for it.
