Women go in for an abortion.  If they consent to donating the fetus then the tissues and organs are matched up with labs and doctors like Ben Carson who need the specimens for medical research.
 
Since PP is a non-profit, they need to recoup the costs of 'harvesting' the specimens so that their funds can be used to help women with medal needs. I fail to see the problem.  Apparently the republicans in Indiana could not find the problem either.
