WN looking at flying beyond US border

If you've got anything like 10%, I'd like to know where you're hiding them. I've yet to run across a crabby, unhelpful, or unknowledgeable WN employee. I keep telling people at my airline (AA), you can't argue with success. I don't know that the WN system would work for us because we have two very different airlines, but I know that I run into a lot more people at AA who have no business being in a customer contact position.

I was giving him the benefit of a doubt, lol. Good point however.

How could you possible be fussy when you're allowed to wear "tennies" to work! Like Jim, I have never had a bad experience on WN and with my son venturing out more (traveling w/ wheelchair), WN is ALWAYS our 1st choice. Now if you could just add STX (and quickly) I would be a VERY happy customer. Thank you all for your continuing good service. (and no baggage fees)
