WN computer outage

Understand that Southwest had some bad IT problems yesterday. What happened?
We had two separate issues that affected our station operations and website
accessibility. The first was when our new Rapid Rewards program was switched on.
The technology dept. was busy fixing the "bugs" as they were discovered.
Secondly our primary telecommunications provider experienced an outage that
caused loss of network connectivity with the stations and centers.
Technology was finally able to get our secondary provider to fully restore
connectivity across the system.

Finally back up and running...
