I saw the bill already, I just did not see where it said 7% for seven years.
Mr Daniels, otherwise known as the Blade by Bush and crazy by members of Congress. I think Congress has it right. I still say that when Mr Daniels crazyness threatens the GOP Bush would step in but now the timing is shot anywway.
