I'm answering the question of what the association accomplished.....Any union could have negotiated that deal.
But ok, the pay raise was accomplished by the ASS....But that's it.

Did you know that the Company only wanted to give half the raises for the deal? Maybe another Union would have accepted that? Maybe another Union would have made no deal at all and I’d be out $20,000 so far. Didn’t you guys make a mistake years ago that cost you over $100,000?

Actually I think you guys listened a little too much to Bob. And I like Bob but he also tends to be wrong on many issues.
