What am I worth?
Good question. No one but can answer that but the individual.
I know I am worth far more than they offered. We all are. My vote was based on that. Not for the CIC to go forward.
I work in an eastern hub and always have so I can't speak of how it is in other locations. I can only tell you that where I work
on an average day I might handle 25,000 to 30,000 pounds of cargo myself. I am worth more than was offered.
What some don't seem to understand is we want the west and the class II stations to get what they deserve too.
