So how is medicaid to be funded?

Companies like Wal-Mart and others are adding employed people to the medicaid rolls because they cant afford the insurance walmart offers.

Fractured logic - Walmart saves you money with "low prices everyday", but they let the government provide the health care for the bulk of their employees. Don't look now, but that money you saved on that shirt you bought at Walmart was spent providing health care that the company wouldn't. And it was doing that LONG before Obama was elected. What you 'save' at the register is far less than what you spend to support their employees.

But it IS kind of funny....why do American companies have a tough time competing with foreign labor? One big thing is that the countries we compete with have "socialized medicine"...the company doesn't provide their employees health care as the vast majority of "pre Obamacare" companies in the US had to. But Walmart...the darling of the right, pretty much follows that foreign model by pushing health care off onto the government.

THose are the ones...you know...the ones who didn't build the bridges and roads that helped their business. They started a business..but very few of them built the infrastructure needed for their business to succeed. Gosh...did Delta build the Atlanta airport?

And you shall...Walmart increases the number of Americans who are on food stamps. They are the largest employer in the country...and we are at record high numbers of Americans on on food stamps. Coincidence? I think not.

Maybe if you all took the time to actually understand it, you will know its not government insurance, it regulates the insurance companies.

Explain then why companies are wacking full time workers down to part time with Obamacare tm looming over the horizon.

OK, I'm a 19 year old, flippin' burgers at McD's, working 30 hrs. ! My parents are out of the picture, so they can't keep me on their insurance until I'm 26 and have 3 kids of my own and I can't afford insurance , on my own ! How bad are you going to stick it to me come tax time Barrack ?

So knower of all things ObamaCare, please explain what happens in this scenario please !

You can't go with that. What increases the amount on SNAP is the individual states requirements for income and assets.
Pennsylvania under Democrat Ed Rendell set no asset test, only a monthly income limit.
You could have $1500 coming in, ten houses, four Harleys, 250,000 in the bank and still get SNAP. Corbett changed it to $1500, one home, one or two cars, $8000 in assets.
So it is the individual states who are giving it away, Obama only supplies the cash.
