Monday was the first time I used the web checkin in a while. When the new website was launched, it was a pain in the a@@ if you were used to the old one. Name, City, Day and boom you have a boarding pass. When the new site was launched, you need name, confirmation #, date, then the next screen was your personal info.
When I used it on monday for a flight to clt, I was amazed. They changed it!!!!.
You can now checkin with you DM # or conf #

Who in the hell remembers their confirmation #. I stopped checking in online becasue most of the time I didnt have that info as my work sometimes books my flights. But I know my DM# better then I know my SSN #
Its nice to see the simple things starting to get fixed!!!!!
I know this sounds simple bt for people who business travel on US, its nice to have it back..
