Is it me, or is anyone else noticing that the "new and improved" web site is not posting US flight activity as fast as the old one?

On the old US web site, flights posted 3 business days after activity--Monday's flights showed on Thursday, Thursday's flights the following Monday, etc. The new web site still has not shown US activity from last Friday (5 days later), while my UA code share from YESTERDAY is posted already.

Does anyone know what the old HP site's posting times were, or better yet, does anyone know what the target for posting US flights to DM accounts is for the new site?

My best to you all....

I have been having the same problem. UA flights always post very quickly. If my UA flight doesn't post in 1 day, it means it got lost.

At least you all can check your mileage. I can't even create a profile! They are telling me to wait till July 1 now. I have gotten to the point where I am about to just give up on US. I have spent way too many hours on the phone for them to say oh we are so sorry and keep extending the date.

Now my account is missing flights that happened before some flights that are posted. And, I am missing class of service bonuses.

So, I tried to request my missing miles because the missing flight was more than 5 days ago and that is the time period you have to wait according to the website. Well, I cut and paste the ticket number and the error message is invalid ticket number--your ticket number must be 14 digits (cut and paste it from email confirmation. I figured I would add another zero on the front of it and the error message is that you are requesting mileage for a flight on another airline.

So, I go to the next step and say I don't have a ticket number and brings up some table. I enter all of the information and returns with an error message that I have an invalid ticket number. Well, duh, I just told you I didn't have the ticket number and this is where you sent me. 🙄 So, I put in my confirmation number instead because the table gives you that option. Return error message: Ticket number is invalid.

It must not recognize the US East ticket stock yet.

I have received my 10K preferred miles for the MasterCard, but not the Signature Visa Card even though my statement 3 months ago said they were deposited. Has anyone else received these miles?

As a Low Cost Carrier, their budget may not be able to always allow them to provide these benefits.

That doesn't sound quite right, I thought ticket numbers were 13 digits. First 3 digits are the plating carrier ID (037 for US, 401 for HP, 016 for UA, etc).

I'm telling you that is the error I received. Maybe the Sandcastle doesn't know that they are only 13 digits. It doesn't even work with my confirmation number. The website is slowing improving--I still hate the layout, but it works a bit better. But still, WHEN ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO PUT THE UA FLIGHTS ON THERE????????? I have downloaded a timetable which shows those flights, but not on the website. I wonder if UA knows that Tempe is not telling US customers about UA codeshare flights???? Hmmmmm....I guess a call to UA is in order.

For some reason HP likes to make the check digit included in the ticket number. Most of the computer entries require the check digit (last number on the ticket, usually in a different little colored box) in order to get it to work as well.
Check digits are 0-6 so if you dont have it, just change the number until it works.

I was wondering whether or not they were requiring the check digit. I can't understand why. Thanks for the info.
