Well, at least he has come out and confirmed it. The question remains though, will employees get moved to a different area or department and pay adjusted accordingly?
It will be interesting on how SWA will deal with the non-vaxed after the deadline. Especially when the last numbers I have heard is around 50% is all that is vaxed at SWA, or at least, all that have submitted proof of vax.

Judge made a final ruling on United's employees suit. Looks like United can and will be able to send employees on Un-paid leave for not getting vaxed. Upheld the vax mandate and still by the original deadline. What I found a little interesting is that it is also said in ruling that United can send employees on UN-paid leave and will lose seniority while on such leave until pandemic is over.
Now watch how fast most will get vaxed. Most will not throw away 6 figure plus incomes from 150K to 300K. Too hard to replace right away.
