Utility Replacements

Rumor has it, that the farmed out utility work began with 12 workers and is now down to 8. Can anyone shed any light to whether or not this rumor is true? or false?

Don't know about CLT, but in PHL yesterday, which I believe was the first day of the new cleaners, flight 1470 to SJU was delayed for over an hour. No one showed up to clean and do the security check. When we finally were allowed on a/c, there was a manager in her pretty black dress cleaning the a/c. What a joke! Since we can't get on the a/c until it is checked on the first flight of the day, we couldn't even tidy up ourselves.
