USAPA's Status Quo Lawsuit Against US Airways Update

I agree, just a normal procedure in the courts, nothing to report. Reading CM's stuff is like the teaser on the local TV news..."big sensational story, after the break"....when it is nothing to waste your time on. Just another CM attention grabber.....must have been ignored as a child.

Nope, it's a bit more than that. If it was nothing then USAPA would have put out the damage control.

That case up there is done.

A Court adjournment can mean either of the following: 1) if an adjournment is sine die (final), the court has permanently concluded its business for a particular trial, hearing or other activity; or 2) the court is postponing the remainder of the proceedings until another appointed date, whether the next day or months in the future. An adjournment should not be confused with a recess, which means a short break in the proceedings, with court resuming on the same day.

In this case the Court has informed the parties of its "anticipated motion to dismiss" USAPA's case once the motion is filed.

Just a small point of order if I may? It's "Quiet". When you at least attempt to spell something correctly it gives you more credibility don't you think? Or perhaps you don't think?
Thanks Sparrow, the autocorrect on the iPad take certain liberties when making corrections.

Now let's move on to you. You have an uncanny habit of interjecting your thoughts into discussions you know little or nothing about. For instance, you assumed it was Seham that filed the suit up in NY when he had zero to do with it. And this is just one of many examples of you trying to add thoughts to something you clearly have no business participating in.

It was nice when you were occupied elsewhere and I ask that you go back to your FFOCUS forum and participate there.

It appears to me that the motion to dismiss is not the cause of the delay, which I read as part of the normal process. It does mention the new PIC attorneys for USAPA, which seems to be where the delay was generated from.

Once again, you have taken what you like from a paragraph and twisted it's meaning.

I'll PM you my personal number so you can contact me directly when the court imposes ALPA as the union at JetBlue.

P.S. When someone answers the phone "This is Dominos Pizza. What would you like to order?" Don't bother asking for me. You'll figure it out if you keep calling "my number." Don't give up! I await your call.

I welcome Sparrowhawk's opinion....at least he is fair to both sides.

If it was as simple as that then the court would have rescheduled. They have not. It's over.

Oh come in breeze! Sparrow is fair to whatever side pays the most attention to him. He pulls crap out of his ass and throws it into a thread just to get a box in the discussion.

His opinions are generally worthless.

Please don't debase yourself like that again. Have some pride.
