Us To Cut Some Management Jobs

And when the dust dies down and no ones looking, they'll start a management hiring binge and getting management salaries back to normal PLUS some to make up for the loss during the "tough" times. Meanwhile, the workers will be stuck in contracts that "they agreed to." If someone can't see this coming, they're either stupid or dishonest.

your exactly right. "they agreed to" is correct. but they don't have to agree do they.? if they do agree, then they shouldn't complain.

Just wait until you see the bonuses that upper management will get if/when the company is profitable again. They don't even have to raise the salaries if they're giving out six- and seven-figure bonuses! Or putting a couple mil into the deferred compensation accounts for the SVP's and EVP's.

Your absolutely right, That is why there are unions, to look out for ones best interests. If the contract is ratified, then one lives with it.
If management is not taking such a big hit and things aren't looking fair and equal then jump the fence and go into management.

as tired as you seem to be about your crystal ball outlook, many are tired of your type of attitudes... If your this angry, why are you here.
