New chief hopes to turn around issues that led to customer complaints

TEMPE, Ariz. --The last time there was airline consolidation, customers suffered.

In addition to fewer seats, the 2005 combination that formed US Airways Group Inc. forced together two dissonant operations that turned the carrier into an industry leader in lost bags and late flights.

The Labor groups were always going to be last. They wanted to get the one FAA cert. before doing anything about labor costs.

This Isom fella, I don't see how ONE person can change the "OPS' situation. Do you?


MY SOLUTION

If this company would start paying people like they give a XXXX, then they MAY in return get employees who give a XXXX. Instead they hire more VP's, SVP's and so on.

My first rant on here. Felt good. Many more to come.
