are you saying that essentially what this analyst says in this article is simply not true?

Even his math is wrong...3 unions plus one other creditor is only 4 of the 9 votes on the UCC. It takes 5 votes - a majority of the 9 - to do anything. That's before you even get into the issue of the exclusivity period.

320 must have been at the controls of an A320, or 319, at the time. Had he been flying a 321, he never would have been scooped.
