Coming to an agreement with all parties concerned is a bad thing? 🙄

To be fair, yes, actually. Management tried to negotiate something starting in January 2003. Everyone thought they were bluffing. People like Owens still think they were bluffing...

I also don't remember DL or UA giving NW or CO's employees better offers than their own people were being offered at the same time...
