  • A US Airways plane was forced to make an emergency landing without its nose gear at Bush Intercontinental Airport on Monday
  • The pilot made the emergency landing after noticing the landing gear was not coming down, the cabin then began to fill with smoke
  • Passengers had to deplane using chutes and one was sent to a local hospital with unknown injuries

congrats and glad all are out safe.     would this be something similar to the DASH-8-300 that landed in PHL without the nose gear a few yrs ago where the nose gear failed to drop down?
