Us Airways Announces $150 Million Investor

The Wellington Management Company $150 million equity investment in the new US Airways is in addition to the $225 million in equity investments from ACE, PAR, and Peninsula, and the $125 million in junior DIP financing (convertible to equity) provided by Eastshore (Air Wisconsin).

According to motion filed with the court Wellington will receive no Board of Directors seat or break-up fee.
