Think merger, consolidation or something like that.

Seriously. Both terms were invented on this board as descriptions for proposed/speculated scenarios for mergers/consolidations/asset aquisitions between United Airlines and US Airways.

See Light Years' definition, above. Both terms were invented by/are figments of a certain USAviation.com poster's overactive imagination.
This particular poster also quotes 'informed' and 'reliable' sources, which are anything but reliable. As you can see from above replies to your post, many have come to the conclusion that they're just voices in his head.
