4-10's are working well at MCI, and hopefully continue to do so...it's called autonomy...gotta love it. Each dock was responsible to get it approved, if voted upon by the individual dock. Our stewards put together the proposals and presented them to Mr. Campbell for approval. The International did have the final approval/disapproval say, but again, it was our stewards that worked out the language.

We have quite a few members at MCIE that commute between TULE/STL/LAS..it helps them to have the three days off getting home and spending time with family.

Also, it is only offered on TWI and Days, but it works well.

I'm glad its working for you, just so you will know who to thank, it was a shop of AMFA supporters that got it off the ground. Our biggest opposition was the union, both locally and at the international level.
